This sloop can be equipped with either an electric motor or a fuel engine.
For most water sports enthusiasts, a sloop is the best choice! A sloop is low-maintenance and, partly because of this, also relatively value-retaining. Sail alone, with a group of friends, or with the whole family.
Planing sloop, the sloop has low water displacement and can therefore go faster than hull speed.
Plenty of space due to its length of 4.6 meters and width of 1.9 meters.
This sloop has a wide and deep cockpit so you can sit comfortably. Due to the deep cockpit of the boat, the backrests are wonderfully deep.
The boat has 4 deep storage compartments (lockers) under the benches and in the cockpit.
The centrally located steering console provides overview and ample space for all passengers. You can also easily switch places.
Due to its weight of 380 kilograms, it is easy to transport with a sloop trailer.
The draft is only 0.5 meters and the air draft is 0.8 meters (with lowered steering position), allowing you to sail almost anywhere.

Spray hood with windows (provides pleasant shade from the sun, rain, and/or wind) with zippered cockpit cover (protects your sloop from dirt and moisture). Dutch-made spray hood with a stainless steel frame. The roll-up windshield provides wonderful cooling. Easy to attach with snaps. A 100% waterproof black acrylic fabric type Niecryl from the brand Nieberg. Because acrylic is a synthetic fiber, bacteria and fungi have no effect on acrylic. The fabric has low moisture absorption. Very colorfast (UV resistant): 7/7-8. The water column is at least 800mm. Sail without a boating license up to 20 kilometers per hour (from 12 years old up to 13 kilometers per hour). Choose a 10 hp engine electric or petrol (2 people 12 kilometers per hour). Do you want a bit more power? With 20 hp you reach a speed of 27 kilometers per hour (additional cost 495) and with 30 hp even 38 kilometers per hour (additional cost 1,995). Engine: a 10 hp engine is included, a heavier engine up to 25 hp is also possible.
An electric 1 kW motor is also possible with a speed of up to 8 kilometers per hour with 2 people (lower price 1,200). You can then remove the battery and charge it at home. You can easily extend your range with an additional battery. 2 customer experiences: with a 495 sloop, you typically sail at 300 to 400 watts. You never sail at maximum power, so you can truly sail all day on the nearby lake at our home. With a 530 sloop: around 400 watts, you have a speed of 5 to 6 kilometers per hour in the canals. Consumption: 6 kilometers per hour: 500 Watts, 7: 750 Watts, 8: 1,000 Watts.
