Purchase and trade-in
Do you want to sell without having to arrange buyers and viewings yourself? Then you can offer your boat or boat motor to us for direct purchase. Would you like to trade it in? Please also mention which boat or motor you have in mind.
We purchase based on the current market price (asking price on Marktplaats minus 10%) and minus 20% for maintenance, sea trials, cleaning, storage costs, promotional costs, risk, margin, and a full year of new warranty.
Brokerage and promotion
We can also sell your boat via brokerage. For this, we charge a 13% sales commission. We promote your boat via:
- Sales opportunities in the showroom and our network.
- Our website, also translated into German and English.
- Marktplaats advertisements.
- Our newsletter to more than 2,000 people.
- Google: visibility in Dutch, German, and English, as well as Google Ads.
- TikTok and TikTok ads.
- Instagram and Instagram ads.
- Facebook and Facebook ads.
- Pinterest and Pinterest ads.
Details for a price quote
Email the details below to info@marinaut.nl. You will receive a response within one business day.
- Visual material: recent photos or a video of the boat and motor.
- Product details: brand, model, and year of construction of the boat or boat motor.
- Your preference: sell, trade in, or sell via brokerage. If trading in, please mention which boat or motor you have in mind.
- Condition and maintenance: known defects and available maintenance history. Below you can read which signs of use do not need to be reported separately.
Signs of use and damage
These signs of use do not need to be reported separately
This refers to wear and tear or damage consistent with age, such as:
- Scratches or scuff marks smaller than 10 cm that can be polished out and have not penetrated the paint.
- Light signs of use, such as small stains on the upholstery.
- Stains that can be removed without professional cleaning equipment.
You should report this damage
Please report damage that is not consistent with normal use or age-related wear. Think of deep scratches, damaged rope fenders, missing cushions, and defects in the motor.
