Combine electric boating with retaining your combustion engine. Which setup is suitable depends on your boat and the existing propulsion. Also, check the local admission requirements for your sailing area.

By installing:

  1. An electric outboard motor on an outboard bracket. Can be operated with an (extended) tiller, wireless handheld remote control, or foot pedal.
  2. An electric inboard motor connected to your inboard engine.
  3. An electric pod motor on your outboard motor.
  4. 1 or 2 pod motors under the hull.
  5. An electric bow thruster controlled by a wireless handheld remote or foot pedal.

    A suitable electric drive can also be used for maneuvering or as supplementary propulsion. Have the chosen setup assessed for suitability as an emergency motor.
