The Haswing Cayman is an electric bow-mount motor for controlled maneuvering and sailing. The directly selectable B55 and B80 packages on this page come with a LiFePO4 battery and charger. The Cayman B120 GPS 50738-183_BY is also available, but this version has not yet been set up as a separate webshop variant.

GPS functions
The Cayman B80 GPS and B120 GPS support GPS functions such as position anchoring, constant speed sailing, and following a saved route. Operation is possible via the wireless remote control and the Helmsman app. These functions do not apply to the Cayman B55 50700.
Mounting and use
The Cayman is typically mounted on the bow and can be used alongside an existing main or outboard motor. This allows you to combine precise electric steering with your existing propulsion. An optional bracket allows for transom mounting. After use in salt or brackish water, we recommend rinsing the motor with fresh water and following the maintenance instructions.

Practical indication
In an existing practical test on a Reitdieper 630 with two people and a total weight of approximately 900 kg, a speed of over 5 km/h was measured. The Cayman model used was not recorded in the test note; therefore, consider this result as an indication only. Actual speed and sailing time depend on hull shape, load, conditions, and power settings, among other factors.
