The VanClaes Navis 1350 braked boat trailer is suitable for sloops with a continuous keel or for tenders with a well (both options are therefore available).
The wiring is neatly concealed within the base frame and is connected to your car's socket via a 13-pin (Jaeger type) plug. The entire base frame of this boat trailer, as well as the steel parts of the loading system and the winch post, are completely manufactured from stainless steel.
According to the existing product information, the stainless steel chassis provides a weight saving of approximately 25% compared to a conventional hot-dip galvanized chassis. This allows for a higher load capacity and practical options for on the road and at the boat ramp.
This boat trailer features two extendable light bars—each with a length of one meter—that are equipped with 100% waterproof LED lighting. This means you do not have to remove the trailer's lighting before launching the boat.
The hot-dip galvanized and subsequently anthracite powder-coated braked axle line is from the German top brand WAP and is equipped with stainless steel water-resistant compact bearings. When you choose the disc brake option, 100% waterproof oil bearings are also supplied as standard. In addition, every braked trailer comes standard with shock absorbers on each axle line. Furthermore, the overrun brake is anthracite powder-coated as standard, after the hot-dip galvanization process.
The VanClaes side rollers are made of plastic. The keel rollers are made of polyurethane. Both the keel and side rollers are 100% scratch and mark-free.
The winch post and the bow support can be easily adjusted in length and height. The keel and side rollers that support your boat can also be adjusted in height and/or longitudinal position. The automatically braked luxury safety winch is supplied as standard with a sturdy winch strap. For safe transport, two screw-down supports are mounted at the rear of the trailer.
All VanClaes Navis models come standard with a centering device equipped with scratch and mark-free polyurethane foam wheels.
For all braked VanClaes road trailers, the costs for the mandatory C.O.C. document, the tire disposal fee, the registration certificate, and the license plate are already included in the price. Nice and complete, with no surprises afterwards.
