The Marinaut 445 is a compact, stable sloop with a central steering console and space for up to five adults. The boat can be equipped with an electric motor or a gasoline engine. Available versions and included equipment differ per variant.

Transport and use

Due to the weight of approximately 240 kg, the sloop can be transported with a suitable boat trailer. Always check the load capacity of the trailer and the towing capacity of the vehicle.

The final speed and range depend on factors such as the chosen motor, battery or fuel capacity, load, weight distribution, weather conditions, and waterway.

• 60–250 watts: suitable for relaxed boating and support over short distances
• 500–1,000 watts: indicative speed of approximately 6 to 8 km/h
• 1.5–1.6 kW: indicative speed of approximately 7 to 8 km/h
• 10 hp outboard motor: up to approx. 20 km/h under favorable conditions
• 20 hp outboard motor: up to approx. 28 km/h under favorable conditions
• Maximum motorization: 25 hp
