The engine is suitable for bringing boats up to 5,400 kilograms to cruising speed and boats up to 1,900 kilograms to hull speed.
- With most boats up to 7 meters you can sail with 1 kW of power (and therefore 1 kWh of battery consumption per hour, approximately 7 kilometers per hour). With a 4 kWh battery you then have a minimum range of 28 kilometers, which is sufficient daily range for most boaters.

- Includes Magnetic Kill Switch: How it Works: The motor stops immediately when the magnet (attached to the driver with a cord) is pulled off. This is an essential safety feature, especially at higher thrust levels.

- A 67-centimeter shaft length is suitable for boats requiring a long-shaft motor. A short shaft with a 54-centimeter shaft length is currently not in production.
- Armada 8.0 versions, models 50731 and 50733, are also available. We recommend choosing the 10.0, as the 8.0 also requires 48 volts and is priced higher per kW. The Ventura 5 is a more attractive option in terms of price/performance ratio.
- Also available with tiller control (T) on the Haswing Armada 8.0 T model 50731 and Haswing Armada 10.0 T 50732 with a 67-centimeter shaft length. A short shaft with a 54-centimeter shaft length is currently not in production.
