WaterWorld pod motors are compact electric propulsion systems for various types of boats. The motors are available from 2 kW to 18 kW and can be mounted in a fixed or steerable configuration, depending on the model.

A pod motor is mounted underneath the boat, combining the electric motor and drive into one compact solution. This results in an efficient and quiet electric drive that takes up little space in the boat.

Technical specifications

The model name indicates the product series; the maximum input power is slightly higher than the nominal model number.

Mounting

WaterWorld pod motors can be mounted in a fixed or steerable configuration. A separate steering kit is available for the steerable version. In addition, you can choose between a freshwater or saltwater anode, depending on the sailing area.
