• As a rule of thumb, for fast-planing boats, you need 1 hp per 10 to 20 kilograms of total weight. Based on this, this outboard motor is suitable for a total weight of 1 to 2 tonnes.
  For displacement boats, 1 hp per 150 to 200 kilograms is sufficient; in that case, the motor is adequate for 15 to 20 tonnes of total weight.
• With a Maxima 750 flying lounge at 1,250 kilograms boat weight, you will sail at a maximum speed of 50 kilometers per hour with a 100 hp outboard motor.

VERSIONS:

• ETL: E: Electric start, T: Remote control and power trim, L: Long shaft.
  For steering wheel operation, both single-cable and hydraulic. With power trim and tilt, you can optimize the tilt angle of the motor with the push of a button. With the trim gauge, you can quickly read whether the angle of the motor is correct. This allows you to accelerate faster and sail more smoothly, faster, more economically, more stably, and above all, more safely. Also useful for trailering.
  
  
• EFTL tiller Multifunctional steering handle/tiller with Big Multi Tiller C handle (see images) with PTT switch on the handle.
  This provides electric start and power trim for the outboard motor without needing a remote control steering system.
  An ergonomically designed large shift lever on the front and a longer throttle grip with a PTT (Power Trim & Tilt) switch on the end of the handle for easier operation and maneuverability. To balance different wind and current conditions, the Variable Idling System allows the user to select the best idle speed from 5 different rpm ranges by simply pressing the key switch.

  Available propeller sizes:

Choose a lower pitch for heavier boats: higher acceleration (for water skiing/wakeboarding). Higher pitch for lighter boats: higher speed.

If the rpm at full throttle is too low, a smaller pitch can provide a higher top speed and acceleration. 1 pitch size corresponds to a difference of about 200 to 300 rpm. Note: choosing a pitch that is too low can lead to exceeding the maximum rpm and thus engine damage.

You can also achieve more pulling power and more rpm with a larger diameter and less pulling power and more rpm with a smaller diameter.
