• The XSR engines are specially developed by Yamaha's Selva Marine division. These engines deliver a torque boost compared to the engines they are based on. Developed for better performance while maintaining efficiency and smoothness. 

  More torque provides more pulling power and 2hp more output. This allows you to accelerate faster or navigate against strong currents more easily.

  The advantage of power trim and tilt is that it improves the performance, efficiency, and safety of a boat. Power trim adjusts the angle of the engine while driving for better speed and fuel economy, while power tilt can fully raise the engine for shallow water navigation, dry docking the engine, or attaching it to a trailer. 
  Advantages of Power Trim:
  -Better performance: You can adjust the engine so that the boat cuts through the water more efficiently, resulting in higher speed and better planing.
  -Fuel savings: By optimally adjusting the engine, you reduce drag and consume less fuel.

  Selva Outboards is a subsidiary of Yamaha. They market identical 4-stroke outboard engines in Europe under the Selva brand name. The only difference between Selva and Yamaha is now the sticker on the cowling.

Types:

• The transom height of the boat determines the shaft length of the outboard motor. Measure from the point where the engine hangs to the bottom. Is the transom height around 43 centimeters? Then you need a short shaft. For a length of 51 centimeters, a long shaft is best.
