The roller set design is suitable for boats with a long propeller shaft, a ski boat, or a Mastercraft. Or, for example, for an aluminum boat with a welded strip running precisely down the center from front to back. Generally, the keel rollers are designed to carry the majority of the boat's weight. The side bilge rollers are primarily for good guidance during upwind and to ensure a nice, horizontal position. If the keel rollers can't properly support the aft section of the boat, the rear bilge rollers would actually have to carry a lot of weight, which isn't really their intention. However, that weight isn't a problem for the Flex rollers.
But mainly for added comfort. The option for retractable LED lighting is required. It's then not so much effort to simply tow the boat onto the trailer and winch it up the last few centimeters.
It's also possible to convert the Flex Roll Trailer's rollers to pneumatic tires. These are high-quality rollers with steel rims.

You can often find the weight (displacement) of your boat and engine by Googling. The weight of your boat is usually sufficient, plus 10 percent for the engine and accessories.
If the boat has a width of 2.4 to 3 meters,marker signs are necessary.
The boat trailer is equipped with an axle with waterproof bearings and a Knott overrun brake. The bilge and keel rollers are made of polyurethane to prevent streaks and scratches. The sturdy frame is fully galvanized, ensuring a long lifespan.
Thanks to advanced technologies in sheet and tube laser cutting, all components of each tube or sheet part are manufactured with an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm.
All Vlemmix Trailers boat trailers are fitted with Knott axles with waterproof bearings, as well as stainless steel brake cables and a stainless steel threaded rod for the braking system.

The wiring is integrated into the frame and connects to the car with a 13-pin plug. The boat trailer also features waterproof LED position lights and LED license plate lights.
A 13-pin connection plug is included, which can also be connected to a 7-pin connection with an extension.

The sailboat trailer then features four adjustable keel supports instead of keel rollers and a keel board instead of keel rollers.

Suitable for motors in a well, such as tenders/tender trailers (+ €195.00). The V-shaped recess at the rear features two plastic protective edges. The recessed well allows the outboard motor to be positioned further forward in the well. This ensures optimal boat positioning on the boat trailer with the correct nose weight.

Retractable LED lights on the rear of a boat trailer are a smart alternative to the traditional light bar. They make loading and unloading your boat much easier. Because the lights can be retracted, they're never in the way and remain well-protected while the trailer is in use. Your boat is also protected while being towed and, if necessary, while being driven.
- Keel roller tilt system:Support at 3 points instead of just one. This is located behind the boat, where it's usually heaviest. This also provides the boat with three rollers to cushion it from slipping.
- Roller jaw:Compared to the standard V jaw, this one has the function of rolling, allowing it to roll smoothly during winching. This dual-roller design allows the winch hook to fit neatly between them.
- Electric winch 1,695
Centering kit with 2 large and 2 small wheels : A centering kit (bow guide) makes trailering much easier. The boat is easier to steer and can be winched onto the trailer with better control. The centering kit's straps guide the boat's keel toward the center, resulting in a perfectly straight boat on your trailer. A centering kit is highly recommended, especially if you load and unload your boat in flowing water.
SCM-approved Steady coupling lock: With the coupling lock, you can quickly and easily lock your trailer. This lock carries the SCM/VbV quality mark, so your insurance company has proof that you are using an approved lock. This model is specially designed for models with a Knott coupling. This coupling lock comes with a handy storage case. The lock can be used on both attached and detached trailers. A Dutch quality product, the coupling lock doesn't rattle thanks to its secure fit. The lock has a rust-resistant protective coating and contains no loose parts.
Boat trailer adjustment: Positioning your boat correctly in relation to the boat trailer, i.e., adjusting the rollers, outriggers, bow support, and axles, and thus the braking system and nose weight, is crucial. The trailer will then be optimally adjusted by an expert.
